- Clear 360° video of the product
- Visible shipping label in the video
- Proof that package was unopened before recording

- Video is edited, paused, or unclear
- Unboxing is not recorded from the beginning
- Damage is reported without video proof
- Request is made after opening without recording

⏳ 4. CLAIM TIMEFRAME
All damage/defect claims must be reported:

Any request after this period will be automatically rejected

If your claim is approved:
