  2. Clear 360° video of the product
  3. Visible shipping label in the video
  4. Proof that package was unopened before recording

❌ Claims will be REJECTED if:

  • Video is edited, paused, or unclear
  • Unboxing is not recorded from the beginning
  • Damage is reported without video proof
  • Request is made after opening without recording

⏳ 4. CLAIM TIMEFRAME

All damage/defect claims must be reported:

👉 Within 24 hours of delivery

Any request after this period will be automatically rejected


🔁 5. REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a replacement product only
  • No refunds will be issued
